West TN Consulting is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional community. These guidelines outline the standards of conduct we expect from all members of our community.

Be Respectful

Treat all community members with respect and dignity. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind is not tolerated.

This includes but is not limited to discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

Maintain Professionalism

Keep all communications professional and constructive. Avoid inflammatory language, personal attacks, or aggressive behavior. We encourage healthy debate and disagreement, but it must be conducted respectfully.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial content
  • Sharing of confidential or private information
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Threats or violent language
Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights. Do not share copyrighted material without permission. Give proper credit to original creators and authors.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
